Outback runs a very professional operation, and they could show bigger outfits a thing or two on how to manage projects and customers. My email request for quote was answered within the hour, and at the agreed upon time Terrie showed up to look at my project. I knew after a short conversation that she was very knowledgeable, and within a few minutes she had a grasp on what I needed. Later that night I received a quote with some itemized options. After a text or two with Terrie we agreed upon the scope of work and a very reasonable price. I think it was the very next day her crew showed up and began work. I wish I could remember their names, but the guys she sent to our house were very friendly, very respectful of our property, cleaned up after themselves, and (most importantly) did a heck of a job. I would use Outback in an instant for future projects, and I probably would not bother getting a quote from any other company.
